Many women want gorgeous skin without the heavy price tag of invasive surgery or anti-wrinkle creams. This is where Botox, Retinoic Acid Peel, Dermaroller and Sculptra come in to the picture. Each of these treatments is a step towards keeping both your face and body looking youthful, supple and flawless by targeting fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, crepey skin and sagging jowls. Most of these treatments can be done within the hour, without anyone knowing what you've got up to after work... The Non-Surgical Face Lift (Botox)One of the most popular treatments in the clinic, it refreshes, lifts and tightens the face without obvious signs of needles. Tiny amounts of botox are strategically applied in skin and along the hairline - the same areas of the face that would be cut during facelift surgery. The beauty of this treatment is that the upper, middle and lower face and neck can be treated in an hour. This results in a natural lift, without the dreaded "wind tunnel effect". Retinoic Acid Chemical PeelsChemical peels are the world's oldest treatment to improve skin texture: It's a chemical solution to "peel" away the superficial and damaged layers of the skin. Causes of pigmentation vary from sun damage, pregnancy, hormonal changes, stress and long period of using the contraceptive pill. The dermamelan cream mask is applied on the skin for a few hours, until you are told to remove it after a specified time (usually it's kept on for 6 hours). Once removed, you will be asked to follow the after-care skin instructions and sunscreen is essential. Depending on your pigmentation, you should see an improvement after 2 weeks. Sculptra (Face Volume)This product gives you those lovely cheekbones you've dreamed about, whilst improving facial contours. Sculptra is different from other injectable procedures like botox and fillers because it contains Polylactic acid to stimulate collagen production and restore the volume in your face. It's the ideal treatment to reverse the physical signs of stress or rapid ageing. For the full effect, 3-4 sessions are recommended, with a four week gap in between. Improvement of the cheeks occurs naturally over several weeks, without obvious signs or the "golf ball" cheeks syndrome. Dermaroller (Collagen Treatment)Dermaroller has the amazing ability to stimulate collagen and elastin without damaging the skin. Collagen elastin cannot be applied through superficial creams because the particles are too big – through the dermaroller, collagen can be stimulated resulting in:
